You are good at what you do. You offer great services or products, customer service or professionalism. Whatever it is you do, you do it well. My job is to make sure your communications are clean, clear, and professional, so that they reflect the qualities that are important to your company. This includes printed materials, web content, and important emails. Spelling and grammar problems, as well as unclear or awkward wording detract from the image you are trying to project and interfere with your professionalism. They can keep your company from being taken seriously. I can help you to make a good impression on current and prospective clients, customers, and colleagues, and to maintain and improve the reputation that you have worked hard to attain.

Step One

You email me the document you have prepared or are working on. You can either attach a document or I can edit within the email itself. If you send a Word file, I can use the Review tab which tracks the changes I make and allows me to make notes and suggestions. You then go through and either accept or reject the edits. This allows you control and oversight in the process. Some of my clients prefer to use the "Review" option and some prefer not to. I am happy to do whatever works best for you.

Step Two

I quickly edit your document and return it via email. I am attentive to my clients, and nearly always offer same-day results. If you are in a hurry, I can often return documents within an hour or two. I appreciate time frames so that I can provide my services within the window of time that you need them.

Step Three

I keep track of my time, billing by the hour. I can email my hours each month, or after each job, and we can arrange payment in the way that works best for you. I charge $40.00 per hour. Most emails or one-page documents take less than 30 minutes, which makes my services very affordable, even for small businesses.
